Anywho, by popular request:
Pumpkin Cookies
1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
(mix together)
add dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
* bake for 8-9 minutes in 375 degree oven *
Frosting:
2 Tbsp. brewed coffee
6 Tbsp. butter softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups powdered sugar
