Richard Rohr - Sat. Feb. 13

My services as organizer were graciously offered up by Jamie for the upcoming Richard Rohr seminar. It's on Saturday, Feb. 13 from 1:30 - 4:30 at Church of the Beatitudes. (Though there is one in Anaheim on March 19, so we could excuse ourselves for a road trip and beach meditation in the name of non-duality and presence. Disneyland would be a perfect place for such things, no?)

The cost is $25, though if 10 or more people go, there is a $5 discount. Not sure where we came up with the $5 cost that we talked about on Sunday; perhaps the $5 discount made us think we were being offered tickets at that amount.

Please respond if you plan on attending, so I can be making a list and checking it twice.

Stacey, is there a deadline for group registration? What is our deadline for letting you know?
I'm pretty sure Joy and I are in.

I say we're in...regardless of ticket price...I have no idea where the $5 cost originated...but I do remember reading and email from somebody it seems outside the EmDes community that mentioned something about $5...However, it makes sense that it would be a $5 DISCOUNT (o; Thanks for rallying the troops!

Stacey...count me in for 2 tickets please. Thanks for taking lead on this one.

Maybe the $5 price point is for the D-land all day park hopper pass? Maybeeee...

Well shoot, the "early" price of $25 had to be paid by Jan. 13, and we already missed that, so the tickets will be $30. Thus far we have six people who would like to attend, but we need 10 for a $5 group discount. I actually don't know if I'm going to be able to make it that weekend. Plus, I don't think I'm going to be able to make it to EmDes today because my sister, mother, and I are going to visit my grandmother, who is recovering from surgery. Can someone get a headcount of those who want to go, let me know, and I can get the tickets? I'm not sure everyone checks the blog on a regular basis.
