Wow. I just finished reading an article on an "alternative" view of atonement. It really was a twist on what I had been taught, but it really rung true to me.

Thanks for sharing that. A lot to think about. Puts a different spin on communion...which I have been avoiding for a while because of the reminder of this whole body and blood thing that I find repelling in a penal sub. form.
